Plate Tectonics And How They Are Created

Tectonic plates is a theory that the crust of the earth is divided in to pieces that move around like an ice on a lake. This plates create different types of continents such us "Paengea" super continent which combines all the exciting continents today. This proves that earths crust is divided into plates and I agree with it.

Tectonic plates create three boundaries. Convergent boundary is when two plates come together and create mountains , trenches , and volcanos such as Himalayan mountains and Mariana Trench. Second one is divergent boundary, it's when two plates go opposite directions and create mid ocean ridges, Rift Valley such as south eastern Rift Valley that separates Africa from Asia 

Up. Transform boundary is the last boundary, it's when two plates slide horizontally and create earthquakes and tsunamis such as the one happen in Japan which wipeout the whole country. All this plates are being moved by magma underneath the earth. Magma is a molten rock, that moves the plates. Sometimes magma burst out of to the earths surface and it creates a volcano.

    After all earths crust is divided into plates that move on magma. This could be proven by the three boundaries such as convergent boundary, divergent boundary and the last transform boundary.
